Dispatch time

Most of our jewelry is ready to ship. We dispatch orders from Warsaw, Poland, within 1–2 business days of receiving payment, usually on the next business day.

A small number of pieces, including custom sizes and less commonly selected gemstone variants, may need additional preparation time. If your order requires longer, we will let you know. If you need a piece for a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Delivery within Poland

Delivery usually takes up to 2 business days after dispatch. This is the carrier's estimated delivery time, in addition to the dispatch time above.

Orders over 500 PLN qualify for free shipping within Poland.

Delivery options include courier delivery, InPost Paczkomat parcel lockers, collection points, in-person collection in Warsaw and cash on delivery.

If your preferred option is not displayed at checkout, email us at info@jungledreamjewelry.com. For delivery to an InPost Paczkomat, please include the parcel locker code.

International delivery

We ship worldwide, with express courier delivery and standard postal shipping available depending on the destination. Shipping costs depend on the destination, parcel weight and delivery method.

Transit time starts after dispatch and varies by country and service. For an estimated delivery time to your destination, or help choosing a service for a particular date, email us before placing your order.
