We aim to get every order out quickly — most ship within 1–3 days of purchase, pending availability.

We're a small, handmade brand — every piece is made in Warsaw, often in small batches rather than mass-produced. Pieces made to order, in a custom size, or set with a specific gemstone may take a little longer, since they're crafted specifically for you rather than pulled from a shelf. We'll always let you know if your order needs extra time.

All pieces are shipped from Warsaw, Poland. Domestic orders arrive within two working days, and orders over 500 PLN qualify for free shipping within Poland. International orders are calculated by weight and destination.

We offer a few shipping options to suit you:

- Express shipping, worldwide

- Standard shipping by postal service, available to many locations — often the more affordable choice for international orders

- Pickup from a collection point, instead of home delivery

- Within Poland: courier delivery, Paczkomat, in-person collection in Warsaw, or cash on delivery (COD)
